"Windows cleaned inside and outside as well as side of house washed on 11/14/2021. Did an outstanding job. Windows look like new and cleaned all dirt and algae from siding & sunroom. The house is more cheery and seems to let in more light. It's amazing how much more we can see now. Windows were spotless. Unfortunately I can't post a picture but the side of the house was covered in algae and accumulated dirt. I think he wet everything down - applied a soap solution - and rinsed. Regardless, he did an outstanding job and made the house look great. I can't comment on price because we didn't get estimates. I thought the job he did was worth the price. Martinez is a professional who takes pride in his work. We will be doing this once a year from now on."

"My elderly cousin had a pipe burst in the floor of her second story bathroom that resulted in the extensive damage and collapse to the ceiling and walls at the entryway of her home. Once the plumbing problem was repaired and the area was sufficiently dried, we contacted Beltway Builders to complete the repairs. We are very much impressed with how quickly Project Manager, Howard Bottiger came out to write the estimate. The man is extremely knowledgeable of his trade and courteous to my elderly cousin. She can be â a littleâ demanding at times. Howard realized that trait in her and simply rolled with comments. He provided us with the timeframe of three to four weeks to begin the repairs to allow enough time for the area to completely dry. It dried much faster that expected, so he started the work two weeks after the estimate was written. The crews that came out were nothing short of outstanding. The painters came in to begin painting the hallway and stairs. They covered the hardwood floor with plastic to ensure no additional mess was created. When they finished, they cleaned the entire area as well as the porch outside. The plaster crew came in to repair the damaged walls and ceiling. These guys are true experts in their craft. You cannot see any seams or depressions where the original plaster ends and the repairs begin. Just as the painters, they completely cleaned up the entire area and the porch. The painting skills and plaster work is second to none. One last thing that impressed my cousin about both crews, they were extremely quiet. They never had a radio playing. When the spoke among themselves, there was no loud speaking or yelling. I short, I highly recommend Beltway Builders to anyone for any kind of home repairs you may be needing."

"Our roof & siding were cleaned. After the cleaning, our house looks almost new. The technician covered areas of landscape that he thought would be affected by the cleaning solution spray. If you have plants or bushes close to your home, it is important to request that they be covered. The technician will know if the shrubbery will be affected. The technician sprayed the bushes around our home with water after the cleaning to eliminate any burning of the foliage on the bushes. "I am a retired homebuilder....was in the business for 37 years. I recently discovered our gutters clogged with Maple tree seeds (helicopters). I'm too old to climb on the second story of our home so I contacted the Homeadvisior website to locate a local business to take care of it for us....at a reasonable price. While I was still online with Homeadvisior my phone rang with a company wanting to clean our gutters. The person was a little too aggressive for my likes AND they were going to charge $175....I thought this was too high. I told them no and terminated the call. About ten minutes later my phone rang again and Jamie with Finest Chimney Sweep & Masonry was on the line. We talked while he checked our home online and agreed on $100 to do the job, much better. He said they would be out tomorrow (today) to do the job. I said it was forecasted to rain all day....he said it didn't matter! Today Jamie called before the agreed time and told me he was about 15 min away....it was raining. He arrived on time, set up and went about cleaning our gutters....in the rain! He dug out a trash bag of Maple seeds and other debris and the downspouts began to flow as they should. They finished up, packed up, in the rain. I paid the agreed price and they left.... It was a refreshingly positive experience for me....I usually have to fight with vendors but Jamie and his helper were awesome to work with. While he was cleaning the gutters he discovered that my chimney chase cap was rusting and needed to be attended to....we agreed on a price and he will be coming back to take care of that too. I would & will wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. Try them....you will not be disappointed...."
