"We were given a two-hour window (11 a.m. to 1 p.m.) for the crew to arrive and begin work. I got a call from J2 at noon saying they were about 35-40 minutes away but didn't arrive until about 2 p.m. Though disappointed in that, I can't praise the one-person crew of Jacob enough. He is a hard working, professional, courteous and engaging young man, who represents J2 Clean very well. He was thorough and meticulous, taking time to answer my questions as he worked. The results were fantastic, especially since the rental property carpet was not high-quality. J2 Clean also cleans and seals tile/grout. We will certainly contact them for that service in our new home and recommend them highly for their services."
