"We were given a two-hour window (11 a.m. to 1 p.m.) for the crew to arrive and begin work. I got a call from J2 at noon saying they were about 35-40 minutes away but didn't arrive until about 2 p.m. Though disappointed in that, I can't praise the one-person crew of Jacob enough. He is a hard working, professional, courteous and engaging young man, who represents J2 Clean very well. He was thorough and meticulous, taking time to answer my questions as he worked.
