"I have not had my oriental carpets picked up to be cleaned as yet. The customer service provided by Kayla to explain the company’s services and costs and to answer specific questions as well as work with my difficult timetable was great. Not many companies provide specialized, professional offsite cleaning for these types of rugs. They also have specific pet solutions to treat stains on carpets as well and provide a guarantee that these issues will be solved. Off to a good start. Looking forward to getting my revitalized fresh and clean rugs."

"Ben and his crew went above and beyond to complete the power washing project for my property. He was prompt with getting his estimate back, he showed up on time, and he even had me check each area before he left to ensure that it was cleaned to my liking. 10/10 service, and I will hire him again for my next washing project."

"Called Ned Stevens to get gutter cleaning and they had a great deal on cleaning service that comes out 4 times a year and lowered the overall price of the cleaning so was worth it to pay for the service. Only bad thing was have to pay that whole fee upfront but the guys were very professional and did a wonderful job."

"Handymack did an excellent job on our basement. They installed a bathroom with a grinder pump for the sewage, built a closet for the pump, HVAC, and hot water heater which also created storage space for us. built a kitchenette, added bead board to existing walls, installed a ship lap ceiling, and replaced two exterior doors. The finishing details were more than we asked them to do, so it was a pleasant surprise when we came home to a staged basement. It was nice to have people go the extra mile since it is so hard to find hard workers these days. I highly recommend Handymack for all your home improvement needs. They took care of everything from the building, electrical, and plumbing, and their labor cost was a fair price. Thank you, Handymack!"

"SheShines Cleaning did an absolute AMAZING deep clean in my house today. I have been depressed lately and let go of my cleaning around my house. But today when I came home from work, it was like walking back into my house the day I rented it. I fell back in love with my house, and it has already made me feel 100% better knowing my house is as is should be. I recommend Danyale for any of your cleaning needs. I will tell anyone who asks or doesn't how wonderful her work is. Thank you so much SheShines Cleaning (Danyale) I did not get before pictures. I have been so busy just enjoying my home again."

"The pro did the work of cleaning out the dryer vents. However, they left without discussing what they learned from the work. The picture that they sent with their project completion did not have particularly good pictures and did NOT show the lint that was removed from the vent exhaust. Moreover, the summary description of the work simply said that no problem was detected. Nothing about the exhaust cleaning. I called the office. The lady I spoke to kept talking about the quality work they did which did not answer my question about the lint removal. She did say there were pictures attached to the report. I agreed, but it was only of the vent and the roof. She sent me additional pictures that clearly showed the volume of lint removed on the roof. In my opinion, this whole experience could have been avoided if 1) the report summary explained that lint was removed, in addition to "there were no problems noted", and 2) all the pictures taken by the technicians been included."
