I enjoyed seeing what they were cleaning because the home I had purchased has never had their air ducts cleaned so I got to see firsthand what they look like before and how they were after and it is amazing to see the difference and the air is now cleaner. It smells better because thereâ s not all those dust in the house and they also use the sanitizer plus it also prevent mold, mildew, or anything else that builds up inside your air vents. "The first time I used them. They were acceptable but as time went on the quality of work declined. I called the office a couple of times and asked about things they should or should not be doing. I was told they were professionally trained and should be doing things they were not. The next time they came (it is not always the same people) I questioned them about my base boards . The worker said "We don't do baseboards." I said "I called your office and they said that was one of the services I paid for. When I relayed this message to the worker she said, "Oh they don't know what we do. Later after letting them go I hired a woman that used to for work for them. She said they would go in a house, do the things that were obviously in need of cleaning and skipped the rest."

"Very timely on response to request for service and show times. Very reasonably priced. Only thing I would recommend would be to have a written estimate of services and cost so as not to be confused on project needed. I needed shower floor tile "cleaned and re-grouted" where needed and Robert understood "clean tile and grout". At no extra charge to me he went and got grout and re-grouted where needed. Took them extra time and money but did not charge me more than estimate! Would hire again for other cleaning projects which they said they do."
