"Tim showed up when he said he would. Had to use numerous ladders including 32 footer to clean the gutters. Moved tarp around to catch the gutter material. Dumped this material in woods. "Overall the service was good, not great. I hired Joy Cleaning for a deep cleaning of my empty home prior to moving in. Shortly before they were scheduled to arrive, I was notified that they were delayed by two hours. Upon arrival, they went to work upstairs. I had to pre-pay for a 3 hour minimum and they were finished a little after 2 hours. Kind of sucks, but I was aware of the minimum prior to booking. Also, the home was empty so there was nothing to clean around, no blinds, didn't need the oven cleaned. In the end: the house is clean and they finished it a lot quicker than I would have. The service was pretty detailed - baseboards, windows, ceiling fans, dusting, and more. My detractors are that they arrived late and used my trash bags and paper towels."
