"They had been servicing our stuff for years. We had a 40 year old air conditioner that they replaced. With the furnace, that was the 3rd furnace in our house. We found out we had a bad heat exchange during a service inspection. It was over 20 years old. The quality of service was excellent. They came out as soon as they could.
