I explained that I had a particular problem with animal urine in several places and also that I had a limited budget for this service. He was genuinely concerned and after review of the job and my current circumstances, he worked with me and provided a great deal and the next day, a representative arrived at 1:00 and did an exceptional job dealing with all my issues. "D&G Chimney Sweeps were fantastic! I recently had a new hot water heater installed by Mr Water Heater. I was told there was a slight backdraft and to have my chimney cleaned. I called D & G Chimney Sweeps and left a message. I received a call back within the hour. Mr. Matthews explained everything to me and answered all my questions over the phone. He offered to come out that same day, but I wasn’t able to accommodate. He and his employee came out the next day, right on time, and resolved the issue, and cleaned up, within 1.5 hours. He removed the blockage and all the debris from my chimney. He replaced the vent and reconnected it back into my chimney. All were nice and respectful. When he was done, he explained everything they did. I was happy to learn he also does electrical work. I will certainly use those services from him when needed. Highly recommend!"

"The first time I used them. They were acceptable but as time went on the quality of work declined. I called the office a couple of times and asked about things they should or should not be doing. I was told they were professionally trained and should be doing things they were not. The next time they came (it is not always the same people) I questioned them about my base boards . The worker said "We don't do baseboards." I said "I called your office and they said that was one of the services I paid for. When I relayed this message to the worker she said, "Oh they don't know what we do. Later after letting them go I hired a woman that used to for work for them. She said they would go in a house, do the things that were obviously in need of cleaning and skipped the rest."
