She sweeps and mops my tile floors, treats my wood floors, vacuums my carpet, dusts the window blinds, shelves and furniture, cleans my kitchen and four bathrooms, changes the bedsheets and makes the beds. When I hired her, we agreed on a weekly price for the above duties. I did not want her to wash my dishes or empty my dishwasher. I am sure that she would be willing to negotiate her duties and fees individually based upon specific needs of the customer. Lidia is a hard worker and is very trustworthy. They cleaned mirrors, baseboards, windows, bathrooms, kitchen, and office with such attention to detail that everything sparkled. Not only did they sweep, dust, and mop the entire store, but they also made sure to get under all the furniture, leaving no dust anywhere. On top of that, they organized all of our inventory, which was a huge help. Kevin, the owner, was a great communicator throughout the process, making scheduling and coordination effortless. He ensured everything was taken care of to the highest standard. Lisbeth and Eva were also incredibly sweet and professional, making the whole experience even better. "It is so rare that we see someone with anything near to this level of expertise, dedication, and value for any home construction or service job. This guy is the real deal, honest and professional. He does what he loves, and he loves what he does, and in doing so provides REAL value for his specific niche. Explained everything and every charge beautifully down to the last detail. We had estimates that were much higher, but he was so principled about explaining what was necessary that we were able to actually save money. We had purchased an older house, and the attic ducts were crushed and a spaghetti mess, making the vents dusty, moldy, and impossible to clean. He redesigned and replaced the ducts for an incredibly reasonable cost, focusing only on what was needed. He did all the work himself and was very careful to keep the workspace clean and tidy. There’s a bit of a delay to get him to be able to come to assess your home, but boy, was it worth it!!! Boyd Services was the most incredibly professional service I’ve hired in all my years from HomeAdvisor or Angie’s Service. We’re talking 2 decades of home services. If I could give him a hundred stars I would. We are super happy we hired him instead of the other folks."
