"I hired them to sweep the chimneys for my fireplace and woodburning stove. A tech arrived on time and was pleasant. However he admitted he was new to the company and industry and after looking at the fireplace and woodburning stove informed me that he was not familiar with the two systems and could not do the work. He took pictures and told me his boss- the company owner- would call me the following week to set a time for a more experienced person to do the work. They never called. I called twice and left messages that were not returned. I appreciate the fact the tech did not try and do the job he was not comfortable with and mess something up. However very disappointed they did not call back or at least return my calls. I guess they were not interested since it was a more challenging job."

"He was very professional as a business person. Making sure to give courtesy calls for arrival times and was punctual for those appts. He did a great job with what I hired him to do. He was efficient about it and did extra along the way. I would highly recommend this service."

"Very professional service!! Timely and quality work.."

"Have been using Fireplace Pros for 3 or 4 years now to clean my woodburning fireplace. They do a great job cleaning the inside. They also clean up really well and inspect the outside of the fireplace. They are very professional, courteous, friendly, and respectful of the property. I will continue to use them in the years ahead."

"Customer service was great , differences in estimates between companies was great, and he also cleaned up after the job."

"Very thorough gutter cleaning. The service man power washed gutters, going under partially shielded sections of some gutters."

"I got a thorough explanation of the estimate and all the work that they completed. I was surprised that the work was carried out so promptly. (within a week) I live in the midlde of nowhere and service to repairs are very slow to be carried out, if they will provide serviceat all."
