"It is so rare that we see someone with anything near to this level of expertise, dedication, and value for any home construction or service job. This guy is the real deal, honest and professional. He does what he loves, and he loves what he does, and in doing so provides REAL value for his specific niche. Explained everything and every charge beautifully down to the last detail. We had estimates that were much higher, but he was so principled about explaining what was necessary that we were able to actually save money. We had purchased an older house, and the attic ducts were crushed and a spaghetti mess, making the vents dusty, moldy, and impossible to clean. He redesigned and replaced the ducts for an incredibly reasonable cost, focusing only on what was needed. He did all the work himself and was very careful to keep the workspace clean and tidy. There’s a bit of a delay to get him to be able to come to assess your home, but boy, was it worth it!!! Boyd Services was the most incredibly professional service I’ve hired in all my years from HomeAdvisor or Angie’s Service. We’re talking 2 decades of home services. If I could give him a hundred stars I would. We are super happy we hired him instead of the other folks."

Once approved he immediately performed the air duct cleaning, installation of uv light in my hvac plenum, fireplace flue cleaning, repaired brick mortar and waterproofing of the chimney top of my house. "When John and Mathew showed up they showed up to do the job the right way! Their set up was professional with cones and markers around their truck in our circle drive. They immediately went to work. During the job they stopped and made me aware of a cracked skylight cover. After finishing the job John made me aware of a couple of places where the gutters had some low places. Then went over the entire job with me. To my surprise they dug out and cleared two drains under a brick wall in our courtyard. Overall the work and attention to detail was excellent! They did our driveway, courtyard, back patio. The entire outside of the house(all back to it’s original color!) and gutters. They are nice people and do GREAT work. Hire these guys!"
