"WORK WAS PERFORMED AS CONTRACTED IN A PROFESSIONAL AND CLEAN MANNER. I ORIGINALLY CONTACTED THIS VENDOR TO ONLY CLEAN AIR DUCTS. HOWEVER, AFTER THE INITIAL INSPECTION, SYDNEY SHOWED ME THE MORE EGREGEOUS ISSUES WITH THE A/C UNIT AND PREVIOUS VENT CLEANING PROCESS. HE TOOK ME THROUGH ALL THE EXISTING CONDITIONS AND HIS APPROACH TO CORRECT THE EXISTING ISSUES. HE PREPARED A DETAIL PROPOSAL WHICH INCLUDED COST PER ITEM, GUARANTEES, LABOR ETC. I WAS ALSO IMPRESSED WITH THE POST SERVICE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM HE INCLUDED. THE TECH WHO PERFORMED THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT. They cleaned our moldy patio and screen enclosure, concrete sidewalks and driveway pavers as well as serviced our dryer vent and cleaned the roof gutters. The technician arrived right on time and was very polite. Our sidewalks look brand new—all the deep dirt and stains are completely gone. They also showed me how much lint was trapped in our dryer vent, and now my dryer works much faster and safer. They cleaned up everything before leaving. "The crew was friendly and very thorough in cleaning my condo, which was covered in concrete dust due to balcony restoration. My sofas were covered in thick dirt; the crew restored my upholstered pieces as well as other furniture and draperies to a fresh and clean state. All walls & ceilings were wiped down to be free of dust, which was an enormous job. The floors & windows were vacuumed & washed and are now sparkling. I am very pleased with the crew's hard work and their great job and would certainly recommend them."
