"Our dryer was not drying properly. Troy was very efficient arrived on time. He showed me that the flexible line that had been originally installed 20 years ago needed to be replaced as there was significant lint on the floor from a poor connection to the dryer. He went up on our roof and took off the screen that was covering the vent and blocking the lint from escaping. There is a flexible door on the vent that opens from the air pressure when the dryer is on and it allows the lint to vent out as necessary."
