"This was a three-day project to perform basement mold remediation and air duct cleaning. After the initial meeting, I had to rattle their cage a bit to get a bid and to get the project scheduled. The office told me the representative I had met with had gone on vacation. Once the project began, the crew that did the work was hard-working and professional. Overall, they did a good job. There were some surfaces that I think should have wiped down or wire brushed that weren't. I found one small hole in an air duct that wasn't sealed after the air duct cleaning. It would be ideal to have a follow-up by the company after the work is done to assure client satisfaction. These were the only issues that prevented me from giving a straight A rating across the board. However, I think their price was fair and would not hesitate to use this company's services again."

"It was great! Very professional - came out and looked at it on a Thursday, had the part installed and the dryer back up and running on a Friday. We Will definitely hire again should we need future help!"

"They do a very good job. Have used the weekly."

"Windows were cleaned both inside & out and look great. They were prompt, very professional, and cleaned the windows with care from a ladder; and with minimum cleaning solution. Also, followed up to clean any small areas needing touch up during their final inspection. Most importantly, they used care not to scuff windows with their equipment and did not wear jewelry while cleaning. Excellent job."

"Quick and honest service. They didn’t try to up-sell me on unneeded services."

"The only service provider that even offered to source a replacement damper. Thank you so much!"

"Laura and her team of cleaners provided a top notch deep cleaning of the large large house we were moving out of.  They scrubbed bathrooms, vacuumed the whole house, dusted, cleaned windows, wiped out cabinets and drawers, cleaned all the kitchen appliances, washed the inside of all the windows, mopped the floors, wiped down walls, and so much more.  The whole crew was very pleasant to be around and super industrious.  They even helped me clean up some extra stuff and haul things to the curb for trash pick up.  I highly recommend hiring Laura's cleaning service for all your cleaning needs!
