"Absolutely great, every time. We meet them here with any special instructions then leave to stay out of their way. We have home offices so good excuse to take ourselves out to lunch although not necessary, they've cleaned around us. We come back about 2 hrs to a beautifully clean house and back to work. They are very efficient, timely and just do a great job. I've tried 2 other services Merry Maids (i think the name) and another rogue husband wife team. I will ONLY use Magical. They are trustworthy, kind and simply do the best job!"

Replacement was not a service they did, but they did supply the name of a company to contact for replacement. They were very honest, only charged for the services they provided.
