The owner, Lance, showed up exactly when he said he would with an assistant and professional grade equipment then each step of the cleaning procedure was thoroughly explained before initiation. I especially appreciated that only demineralized (soft) water was used as cleaner, sparing my landscaping a bath in soapy water. The street view really showed off my sparkling, clean windows.
