They showed me the accumulated debris that was coming out, and fixed a gap that allowed air to be drawn up from the basement around the return. They were very careful when moving furniture to access the ducts, as well. On top of doing a wonderful job, they were the nicest guys imaginable. Since the duct cleaning, there is no longer an odd smell when I turn on the heat, so that was immediately noticeable and a real improvement. I have already noticed less dust on my furniture. "Douglas was very professional and gave us a quote back in February.  We just got around to scheduling to have the service completed last week.  Because things were far more out of control (blackberries especially) it cost a couple hundred more than the estimate, and this was appropriate.  The team of 5 showed up on time around 8:30 and worked very hard all day, until 6:00.  The yard was transformed from an overgrown jungle to a yard again.  I was amazed at the amount of work they accomplished, and pleased that things were left pristine - all the debris was removed and hauled away.  I couldn't be happier with the work and the price was great.
