"Plan B cleaning is excellent! We receive good communication on timing, extra cleaning accomplished, and details about our visit each time. We couldn't be happier with this cleaning service."

"Pete was very up front and open about the mold issues we had and what the services would include. We had a bit of a lag getting service scheduled, but I assume they are busy and short-staffed, as many places are right now. Crew was professional and arrived on time for the work."

"Job well done . Once I requested a return visit the price and timing changed, which was confusing.(reason for service rating)"

"She could have spent more time in the kitchen. I wouldn't have minded paying a little more to have it EXTRA clean. She was honest and respectful though and I was happy with the service."

"Honest tech, Prior to this apointment I had someone clean my boiler who stated that my chimney needed cleaning. when the tech came in he detached the chimney pipe to the boiler and showed me how clean it already was, and told me that it did not need cleaning. NO CHARGE."
