"I just had a deep cleaning performed by Matt, Jay, Julius and all I can say is wow! Those guys worked very hard and diligent to ensure my system was thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. They even repaired one of my vents. They communicated throughout the day of progress and recommendations. They showed me pictures throughout the day not just at the end. I just completed a 2 year house renovation so I knew ducts needed to be cleaned but it was proven that previous owners did not maintain the cleanliness of the system. "**3 Stars** I hired Karla for a one-time move-in/move-out cleaning for a 1,000 sq. ft. home. The place was almost completely empty, and the total was $250. On the positive side, Karla was excellent to deal with. She gave a same-day quote, was very responsive, and arrived right on time. She is incredibly friendly and professional in her communication. However, the cleaning itself lacked the detail needed for a move-out. Despite the house being almost empty, she was only there for about 2.5 hours, and I ended up spending an additional 3 hours cleaning after her to get the place tenant-ready. I specifically asked for the walls to be a focal point, but I had to scrub them myself, along with the baseboards and grime around the doorframes and windows. She did forget the cabinets initially, though she came back to finish them once I called. I think Karla would be excellent for standard maintenance cleaning, but for a deep move-in dive on an almost empty home, I expected more."
