Service has declined since we started service approximately 1 1/2 years ago.

The house is moderately clean when they finish.  They spend the most time (a couple of times someone has been home to see what goes on, usually the service occurs while we are at work) working on the floors, but the hardwood never seems to be clean afterwards.  It might have been Swiffer mopped once over, but any spots on the ground are still there and require me to hand and knees scrub them out - which is precisely what I did not want to do and why we hired a cleaning service!  Even when specifically requested the dusting does not always get done.  The bathrooms are cleaned well.

Have had several accidents which is understandable - water glasses and one ring holder that were broken.  However the cleaning of the accidents is not always up to par - I have a young baby and both times found large glass shards that were not cleaned up on the floor.

Most aggravating is the billing.  We'll go months without seeing a bill, then get 3 bills all at once ($600+) and an allusion to not scheduling the next cleaning until they're paid.

I haven't found or heard of a better cleaning company in the area so I'll continue to use them, but it is a frustrating experience.

"duct cleaning and dryer vent repair. Very nice folks and got the job done quickly with no mess. Highly recommend! (I couldn't find "duct cleaning" on either drop down menu)"

"I initially hired this team to help us keep the house clean for the first several months post-baby. We loved them so much that we are still clients 9 years later! The staff is prompt, friendly and very detail-oriented, and our home is sparkling after each visit. Jacki is always quick to respond to texts and is flexible when special circumstances arise, such as pre-move cleaning and helping clean the new home prior to moving in as well. My only regret is that I can’t have them come every day!"
