"Fantastic job. Tyler L and Tyler H were both terrific. They cleaned out the entire duct system, and did a very thorough job. They showed me the accumulated debris that was coming out, and fixed a gap that allowed air to be drawn up from the basement around the return. They were very careful when moving furniture to access the ducts, as well. On top of doing a wonderful job, they were the nicest guys imaginable. Since the duct cleaning, there is no longer an odd smell when I turn on the heat, so that was immediately noticeable and a real improvement. I have already noticed less dust on my furniture. Tip top, all the way."

"Anca and her team have excellent communication skills, professionalism and transparency. When she arrived, she walked through my home, asked me what I needed cleaned and openly discussed cost with me. She wasn't rigid with time like other maid services. She agrees to the completion of specific jobs and the price doesn't change based on how much time she spends on the job. I was able to stay under my budget by discussing what was a priority and what could wait till next time. No job is too big or too small. I cannot wait to have her back."

"With the exception of a days delay due to their unexpected equipment issue, they were timely, efficient and did an excellent job. All debris was properly cleaned up and disposed of. A part of their service is to take care of minor maintenance and, also, report any major issues. Both were handled as agreed."

"Did the job in a timely manner, answered all my questions, kept my home clean..."

"Julia is professional, personable, and conscientious. You will not be disappointed hiring Sass and Shine. They got stains out that had been in my house before I moved in. I’ve tried and other cleaning services have tried to remove the stains, but they made it happen."

"Detailed worked, asked me for any specific attention anywhere and checked in with me before they left. Eric was very professional. I will have them do my annual clean up from now on. Give them a try."

"Very professional, very clean and respectful. Dryer working great now!"

"We hired Diana and her team to begin regular housecleaning services for our 2400SF bi-level home. This review is for their initial deep clean service. Upon arrival we did a walk through to finalize the work to be done, then the team went to work. Their approach was thorough and efficient. We are very pleased with the finished work and look forward to their next visit to help maintain our home."

"Alex was fantastic. Met up for the quote and set a date for service just two days later. In the day between, I called and asked about adding on gutter cleaning. New price was agreed upon. Project was done on time and I am very pleased with the end results. Definitely recommend and will hire again."

"I feel like I hit the jackpot when I connected with Teresa! I had two other cleaning services call me. The first one made an appointment and a day before, called and canceled it. The second made an appointment and never showed up! I called two times but no answer. Teresa made an apt., I hired her, and she came the next day!! She and her team did an excellent job! Very professional and detail minded. Cleaned every nook and cranny. The team was very pleasant and friendly and my dog loved them! I would highly recommend you try Teresa if you are looking for top notch work. I snatched her up for an every other week booking and I consider myself lucky to be on her schedule! Check her out, you won't be disappointed."
