"He went and did the service, but after he came and talked to us about it, he immediately left. The furnace wouldn't shut off because of the way that he connected to the furnace, so I had to go into the attic and manually shut it off, removed the jumper wires he forgot, and put the furnace back together. I wasn't especially upset about it because it seemed like an honest mistake, but it was very inconvenient."
