"The duo was very efficient in what they cleaned. At the time, everything seemed fine for the price, but over the next day or so we noticed that there was dust on the ceiling fans/lights, around the fridge, beneath the stove, and there was lint behind the dryer, debris in the corners in the pantry and some drawers. We were expecting these things to be cleaned for a move-in cleaning service, but maybe it depends on the company."

"We’ve had Express Maids several times this year. Each instance the team of two women worked together diligently to clean our home. We added extra time since they were doing a great job and that allowed them to tackle some areas we had forgotten to include in our original plan. They brought their own supplies and equipment and were very efficient the entire time. When there were any specific instructions, the ladies were easily able to accommodate cleaning the floors and stairs with extra care since our dogs get the areas dirty. They did a great job each time."

"We have been using Flors Cleaning service for year and they have always done a great job. Always on time. Small touches, such as making a flower out of the top sheet of kleenex is sweet and makes me smile."

"I really was not very pleased with my experience with Erzebet Cleaning Services.  Erzebet was very nice and very responsive to my inquiry to come out and do an estimate.  I was very clear that I was looking for a DEEP, thorough cleaning as I was moving into a foreclosed condo that had not been so well cared for and had been sitting for quite a while.  She ensured me that she would send 2 ladies out who would do a very detailed cleaning in an 8 hour day for $350 I believe.
Keep in mind that all the walls and floors had been repainted, refinished and all tile work had been deep cleaned by another vendor just before they came, so the main things were a lot of dust everywhere, dirty appliances, lighting fixtures, bathroom fixtures and built in closets.  A lot of work for sure, but pretty basic cleaning.
Once I saw the results, I immediately found lots of areas that had not been touched or were inadequately cleaned.  I took pictures and sent to Erzebet and she was very understanding and responsive and without hesitation she agreed to send out a team again to address the issues.
After the re-clean, I was mostly satisfied with the results.  However, Erzebet then tells me that it was so dirty and they spent so much time that she would need to charge me $700!
I was sympathetic to the amount of time her team spent on the place and agreed to pay $500, but frankly, the job should've been done at least 95% right on the first day.  Perhaps she quoted too low, or perhaps they were not very efficient- not sure.  All I know i I was left feeling kinda ripped off and not at all interested in having them back.

"I hired We Care Cleaning for a one-time deep clean of my apartment and they did an excellent job. They were efficient, fast, and thorough. They finished an hour early and charged me less than discussed because of the timing. I will definitely be hiring them if I ever need a cleaning service again."

"I am NEVER disappointed with ALL the staff who come who are vetted and extremely conscientious. They are ALWAYS courteous and ask if anything else is needed. Every nook and cranny is professionally cleaned! Kudos Becky! Gratefully, Fran"
