"Teodor was exceptional. Very polite and professional and did a fantastic job thoroughly cleaning the windows. Even my old screens look much newer after being cleaned as well. The work areas were kept immaculate and there was no mess to clean up afterward. I would hire this company again and hat's off to Teodor. It was a pleasure working with him. The only thing I graded down was a missed visit last week without proactive communication, but this had nothing to do with Teodor and apparently a person had called in sick last week."

"We have used Miguel and his crew to service our St. Helena short term rental property for the past twelve years. Short term rentals are difficult as we often have all four of our bedrooms occupied and can have back to back check ins requiring quick and customized cleaning services. The services provided are excellent and reliable. Miguel anticipates your propertyâ s needs and is a detailed observer of potential problems so that you can address them at an early stage. They are truly a full service organization capable of caring for your property on a 5 star basis each and every time. Jim Stone, St. Helena, CA"

"The service was air duct and vent cleaning but I couldnâ t find it as one of the details listed here."

"Im extremely happy with the interior house cleaning service! They did an amazing job and paid attention to every detail. The entire house looked and smelled fresh, clean, and well taken care of. They were professional, friendly, punctual, and worked efficiently. The price was also incedible for the quality of work they provided. I honestly felt like i got way more than i paid for, and the results were better than i expected ."

"What a terrific company! The owner, Cindy responded immediately to my request for services. She did a free walk through and gave me her price. I knew immediately that #1 Cleaning was the choice for me. My 3-bedroom rental was not an easy place to clean. It was old and dusty. We had lived there for 23 years so you can imagine. Her crew of two amazingly thorough and very pleasant women were on the case! They were hard working and did not miss a spot. Plus I liked their choices of cleaning products. They scoured every corner of that old house. I anticipate being fully reimbursed for my deposit…thanks to #1 Cleaning! It was a pleasure doing business with Cindy and her crew. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Thank you."

"Will was quiet, efficient and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job and we'll be happy to use his services again"

"The first time I used them. They were acceptable but as time went on the quality of work declined. I called the office a couple of times and asked about things they should or should not be doing. I was told they were professionally trained and should be doing things they were not. The next time they came (it is not always the same people) I questioned them about my base boards . The worker said "We don't do baseboards." I said "I called your office and they said that was one of the services I paid for. When I relayed this message to the worker she said, "Oh they don't know what we do. Later after letting them go I hired a woman that used to for work for them. She said they would go in a house, do the things that were obviously in need of cleaning and skipped the rest."

"Excellent work and great work ethic, THANK YOU"

"Awesome job fast and cleaned up everything Great Thanks"

"Maintenance movement is timely, responsive, professional and have a high standard of cleanliness. We have two small children and a dog, and the house, surfaces, floors, glass are always spotless after a clean. The toys and rooms are organized. Their cleaning staff work tirelessly - as someone who was hesitant to hire an outside cleaning service, I have been nothing but impressed. We have not utilized the maintenance part of the package but fully intend to do so. Their rates are very fair and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a cleaning service."
