"Don did an excellent job in cleaning both the north side of my house as well as cleaning the oil stains out of drive way. He did it for just for promotions. His sign with phone number is listed in my yard. Great job I recommend his work to anyone."

"Meisha did a great job cleaning today. She finished everything I asked of her. I asked to have her back every month. Thank you Squeaky Clean"

Service has declined since we started service approximately 1 1/2 years ago.

The house is moderately clean when they finish.  They spend the most time (a couple of times someone has been home to see what goes on, usually the service occurs while we are at work) working on the floors, but the hardwood never seems to be clean afterwards.  It might have been Swiffer mopped once over, but any spots on the ground are still there and require me to hand and knees scrub them out - which is precisely what I did not want to do and why we hired a cleaning service!  Even when specifically requested the dusting does not always get done.  The bathrooms are cleaned well.

Have had several accidents which is understandable - water glasses and one ring holder that were broken.  However the cleaning of the accidents is not always up to par - I have a young baby and both times found large glass shards that were not cleaned up on the floor.

Most aggravating is the billing.  We'll go months without seeing a bill, then get 3 bills all at once ($600+) and an allusion to not scheduling the next cleaning until they're paid.

I haven't found or heard of a better cleaning company in the area so I'll continue to use them, but it is a frustrating experience.

They all worked hard to get the job done. They were professional and polite. I wouldn't hesitate to have the crew back and we highly recommend Blackhawk Enterprises, LLC."
