Me and my brother has spent the last 15 years in the contracting field, putting in the long hours and learning the trade the right way. After years of growth and knowledge, we decided it was time to take that experience and build something of our own. She has a breath of knowledge that allows her to accommodate my tastes, but also ensure that the overall design is in sync with the design and location of my home. She has a very diplomatic way of suggesting when I'm going astray with my choices and in every case where she has told me "Trust Me" I have been delighted ! She is very aggressive in helping me find the best pricing and often times will work with the vendors directly hence saving me the time. She also has excellent local contacts. Everyone I've worked with through Vicki has been timely, professional, and highly competent.

I was days from closing on a house when the underwriter decided a structural engineering report was required so I called and spoke with Tim on a Wednesday evening, met with him Thursday morning and had a report in my hand by Thursday at noon, less than 24hr turnaround! Needless to say Tim really helped me out and was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He will always be my go-to structural engineer."
