"The project went very well.  There was a slight delay because of rain, but Jim, the owner of Southern Appeal, kept me informed of any changes and got to my project as soon as was humanly possible.  Jim and his sons, who are also partners in the business, were very professional and knowledgable.  They coordinated very well all the various decisions needed in a project like this.  Jim produced a computer generated picture of what my yard would look like at completion, and sent pictures of trees for my approval before purchase.  His sons recommended a couple of changes to my design that created a nicer look and more maintenance friendly areas.  The price ended up exactly as quoted. I received other quotes, and Jim's was the best, but I also felt, after meeting and talking with him, that he would do a great job.  I'm very happy with the job done by Southern Appeal Landscape Management, and I'm already planning more projects for them."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
