"The associate arrived on time and took measurements, suggestions, provided recommendations, and later provided a very crude, hand drawn, representation of our backyard landscape with the suggested improvements. "Eric is awesome. He replied to my quote inquiry almost immediately after I requested it. He was out within a day, and gave me a fair quote to trim two large oaks and haul away brush from another job. I was originally scheduled for a few days from the quote, which I was ok with. However, Eric called me the following day and said he and his crew could do it within two days. They were on time and did great work. I will definitely use Texas Tree Trimming again."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me. Overall, they're good designs. However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning. I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question. I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done. If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
