"We are very pleased with the work that Bruno and his crew did with our landscaping. We weren't sure what to trim, what should be cut out entirely and what to add to enhance the beauty of the landscaping around our home. Bruno hit the ground running as he walked around our house, correctly identified every plant in the various gardens and made suggestions on what should be done to achieve "best landscaped house in the neighborhood." (That's my quote, not his.) He explained why he made certain suggestions - not just giving one of those, "Just take my word for it" lines to increase the cost of his services. We were pleasantly surprised when his quote was within $100 of the other quotes we got - but with the addition of a few more perks like the installation of two basement window wells. It is clear that Bruno loves what he does and does not take his customers for granted. He is one of an extremely rare breed of landscapers who actually answers his calls on his cell, and in one of those few times he didn't, he returned the call within a few hours. I wish people in all service industries were like that."

We were faced with a few challenges, one being the deer population in Bay Village, the other being the underground utilities near the property line. Kirk suggested going with a raised bed and plants that would be best suited so as deer to be both deer resistant and that would also accommodate our privacy needs. Kirk worked around our work schedules, and the weather so as to pick a day so as we could both be home to see and approve the final placement of the plants. "I contacted several landscapers for a patio and sidewalk project. Jay was very quick to respond. We set a date, reviewed the scope of work and he responded with an estimate for the job. There were several contractors that came out but never got back about a price. Jay set a date for the work which we had to wait for his other jobs, bit it was well worth it. Then in the back yard I wanted a 25 ft section to have 5 different flowering bushes, and another area to be filled in with plants to help with it being continually wet. Working with Aaron was great, he gave me recommendations and insight as to what would and would not work. Once I made my decisions his team was out to do the work as the weather permitted. Once they had completed the work it looked so good we decided to have more landscaping done. This is a great company and the customer service was excellent.
