"I got a deal from Berger about their table pad and just in time for my new dining room set. I didn't have time to set the template due to a new baby in the house. "The crews were very friendly and did a great job on our beds and lawn. They even changed up the mow pattern every week to keep from getting ruts in our yard. I appreciated the great care they took to make sure I was happy with the landscaping work every time they came out. Their pricing is competitive, which is why we went with them in the first place. I felt we got great work for the price.
Communication is a challenge. Getting someone on the phone isn't always easy and e-mail doesn't usually generate a quick response. Our credit card billing wasn't originally handled properly. I usually had to call them to remind them about special requests I had. We also played phone tag a lot. This is the reason I'm rating it a B, instead of an A. This is also the reason we have chosen to go with a larger company and pay more. We really want better communication with our landscaping company.
I can say that we did get everything done that we wanted to get done and, again, the workmanship was great for the price. I would just prefer not to have to track contractors down. I'd rather they be easy to reach and anticipate my needs.
