"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

He listens, loves to hear new ideas, makes pertinent suggestions & recommendations, and has put together a very nice design for the project. I was particularly impressed by what we accomplished during our first meeting. Gary sat down with my wife and I, listened carefully to what we wanted to do and then using 3D computer modeling put together a very impressive preliminary design. "We worked with Rick and his colleague for a fairly large project at the lake, including path and stairs to the lake, some riprap work, and paver walkway and patio with fire pit. We appreciated Rickâ s professionalismâ He was great with communication and was very responsive to all forms. He worked to make adjustments to design and other details in a fair manner. His thoughts on design and his approach to problem solving for difficulties in terrain were great and very welcomed. The quality of their work was excellentâ RIck stands by his commitment to quality and this is evidence in his not calling the job complete until he was able to make certain with were fully happy with the results. Also evidence is his commitment to returning this spring to be sure the work stood up over the fall and winter. Given the size of the project and the small size of the crew (2 persons) the time of project was quite long. Also, PureScenery was quite a bit more expensive. However, assuming the quality in workmanship and customer service remains over time, will be worth the extra cost. We strongly recommend PureScenery."
