From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, personable, kind, respectful of my property and responsible. A closet door was damaged during demolition, and will be replaced at no cost to me. They treated my home with the upmost respect. They were on time daily and did not take extended breaks. Their friendly demeanor made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. They were willing to answer my questions and kept me informed throughout the project. One of the standout aspects was their commitment to cleanliness and they made sure to clean up throughly after the job was complete. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Wally was able to take our general ideas for a sun room & turn them into a quality work of art.  His architectural knowledge & experience was extensive & his recommendations on hardware, materials of construction, best practices, etc. was impressive.  We went through several revisions as our ideas evolved & Wally was always patient, available & very professional.  His graphic systems allowed us to make revisions as we discussed the designs & see the results instantly in 3D views.  The level of detail was such that we felt we were standing in the new room.  Our Homeowner's Association indicated that it was among the best packages it had seen & approval was very quick.  We would highly recommend Wally."

"I love the fact that they were not afraid to offer different suggestions. And even though I thought I had in my mind a pretty good picture of what I wanted, it wasn't until I was able to see how much better there suggested color palette and design worked better for the space. They take their time and pay attention to details. They did other work outside the scope of the plan and didn't charge extra. I will be hiring them again for future projects."
