A closet door was damaged during demolition, and will be replaced at no cost to me. They treated my home with the upmost respect. They were on time daily and did not take extended breaks. Their friendly demeanor made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. They were willing to answer my questions and kept me informed throughout the project. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

He basically just took my ideas and made the design and as a person that is not an expert in that field, I would have appreciated more of his expertise rather than him just taking my ideas and doing his design on them."
