He made himself available to us at all times, and even watered our garden for us while we were away on vacation during part of the renovation. His attention to detail is outstanding. BelMax worked with an architect to get a solid design, pulled the permits, completed the work, and got the work approved. I am very pleased with the quality of their work. They were also very clear about what was budgeted for each minor project so that later when we changed some of the requirements, we were able to work together to figure out the change in cost.
