"Tim and his worker came to our home to inspect and clean our chimney. We have gas logs and were thinking about converting to wood burning. Tim was very professional and courteous. His worker was very careful and did a great job in cleaning the fireplace. Tim also did a follow up call on the conversion to see if I had any additional questions. I appreciate that he thought enough of me as a customer to follow up."

She has a breath of knowledge that allows her to accommodate my tastes, but also ensure that the overall design is in sync with the design and location of my home. She has a very diplomatic way of suggesting when I'm going astray with my choices and in every case where she has told me "Trust Me" I have been delighted ! "The project was an abnormal one in the first place, but the Browns spent the time to assess the area for the best possible construction. It was completed in a timely fashion, but I want to paint it myself. This being said, they agreed to return to put on the finishing molding after the painting. The Browns asked if I needed anything else done, not for them to make a monetary gain, but because they are kind, generous, polite, and customer-oriented people. They took an out-of-the-ordinary project and made it look simple. The Browns are already scheduled with me for the next home improvement project. I will highly recommend these gentlemen to my friends."
