"Jake, his team and affiliates at Big Design Energy, have assisted me in design efforts and the coordination of skilled labor for improvements to many of my rental properties as well as each of my personal homes. Jake has always offered competitive pricing and a level of service that is superior. Anyone who knows construction or remodeling is aware that there is no such thing as perfection in the industry, however Jake is far better than most and always exceeds expectations."

"YB Construction remodeled my kitchen and bathroom, and they did a spectacular job! The quality of their work is outstanding — everything looks beautiful and was completed exactly how I envisioned. They were very attentive to detail, stayed on budget, and kept great communication throughout the entire process. The team was professional, reliable, and easy to work with from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend YB Construction to anyone looking for a top-notch remodel!"

"I like them a lot. The owner of the company is a nice guy and he is reliable. They are pretty reasonable priced."

"After a year of working with us, Marc designed the perfect home for our family. He spent significant time on site to get to know the space and spoke to us frequently to ensure his design met our hopes and dreams. His final design is visually stunning and maximizes space use in a way that reflects both the history of the home and modern preferences. His expertise in Chicago building code and city offices was instrumental in our project being approved quickly. He reviewed bids with us to ensure we selected a GC who could do the job and had competitive pricing. He regularly met and emailed with the GC and suppliers to address issues as they arose during the job so that all were resolved to our satisfaction. Throughout it all, he was just a nice guy to work with during a process that can be very stressful."

"Alvaro was great to work with. I had small backyard space with an idea of what I would like. Alvaro came up with great design and executed the idea flawlessly . The entire team was great to work with and I would highly recommend."

"Angelo Pecoraro, the owner of A.P. Builder, was a pleasure to work with from start to finish on our major remodeling project of adding a sunroom to our home. Out of many contractors I called to get an estimate, he was the only one willing to provide options to have the project fit our budget. Once we agreed to move forward, he worked diligently with the architect and village to get the permits finalized (which is a difficult task in my town). Once the work started, he provided almost daily updates of the work that will be completed and any anticipated inspections (which we passed easily). He also reached out himself to finalize details from big items like windows to small ones like the molding. The result was a beautiful sunroom and deck which I receive compliments on regularly. Do yourself a favor and for your next major home remodel/renovation work with Angelo and A.P. Builder!"

"Carol did an excellent job on staging my property. Her price was very affordable. She was an awesome person to work with. I had no offers for the sale of my property, prior to it being staged. After it was staged, I started receiving offers. I will highly recommend Carol as your next home stager!"

"Great work! Definitely recommend these guys. Charly is super kind and knowledgeable!!"

"They were very professional & very efficient! They let me know exactly what the cost would be without any hidden charges! The job was done without any complications & the job was done to my specifications! In the future these are the people I will call and highly recommend!"

"Lori has been a godsend. I’d been putting off a much-needed redesign of my large apartment living room / office space for years. I’d bought a couple of good quality, neutral items (eg, a white sectional sofa), but most of the rest of the room was a hodgepodge of found items with blank walls. I’d seen things I liked but never purchased them because I wasn’t sure about what I really wanted, and I feared I might be buying the wrong thing. Lori came in and showed me an overall vision for giving more elegance and purpose to the space, with new furniture pieces, accessories, and a gorgeous, cohesive color scheme. Now it’s neutral-beautiful and everyone who visits comments on the stunning transformation!"
