"The craftsmanship is excellent. The time it took to finish the project exceeded expectations. The budget was also greatly exceeded. If possible, monitor and try to control the communications with the building inspector as they could inadvertantly steer you in the wrong direction. The primary reason for the negatives is that Roman had no experience with the product and the product creates many challenges for the carpenter/installer. Those negatives aside, the work outcome as I first stated is excellent. Roman is a stickler for measuring and doing things right all while learning the product on the job. The deck is beautiful."

"I donâ t often write reviews but I sure do read them. I felt compelled to write a review on JW creative because i have been extremely happy with my results and wanted to share them. I  used JW creative for several projects.  When I lived in Chicago I met face to face with Jake and his team, when i moved to Puerto Rico i could not find a company on the island that was responsive so i reached out to JW thinking why not go back to the company that i was happy with. I was a little apprehensive that i would need a face to face for them to see the space but we did it all through video meetings. When they gave me a budget the project came in on budget unless I changed things and they were very good about letting me know how it would impact the budget. The team was very creative making suggestions on where to place things and what kind of materials to use. The work quickly in cad drawing and giving me renderings and walking me through the project. When I asked about appliances or fixtures they gave recommendations and sent me examples. The projects turned out beautiful and were beyond my expectations.  If you are starting a project or in the middle of a project that isnâ t going well they can help get you the results you want. They did it for me and I could not be happier. My local projects were full turnkey with them,  my project in Puerto Rico they gave me detailed elevations which I used to get quotes. They even supplied quotes so I knew what range the project should come in at. I am extremely pleased with JW and I think you would be too.Â"

"I hired these gentlemen to replace damaged drywall, trim and paint from a backup we experienced last September. They worked around our schedule and made the process very easy. The craftsmanship is top notch. They took suggestions and recommendations gracefully. They constantly asked questions about what I needed and made sure I was happy with their work as it progressed. They are of the highest quality and caliber."

"Fantastic customer service and creativity in design"

"Much more than just a kitchen designer! MFL remodeled the entire home. MFL Inc. remodeled the entire apartment: the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and remodeled to capture the lanai and put it under AC. Great use of the space!"

"They are my regular guys. I got them off of Angie's list. It's an ongoing contract, bi weekly in the summer. They do it when I'm not home. They aren't great at returning phone calls. I use them. Don't expect a lot of phone calls from them. I mean its gardening. So basically, everything looks neat and clean. They don't trample on things. I guess attention to detail. They can return phone calls. the thing is, they also provide a snow service. And I asked them about it and I had questions but hey never got back to me to answer my questions. Once you set them up, they do a wonderful job."

"After a year of working with us, Marc designed the perfect home for our family. He spent significant time on site to get to know the space and spoke to us frequently to ensure his design met our hopes and dreams. His final design is visually stunning and maximizes space use in a way that reflects both the history of the home and modern preferences. His expertise in Chicago building code and city offices was instrumental in our project being approved quickly. He reviewed bids with us to ensure we selected a GC who could do the job and had competitive pricing. He regularly met and emailed with the GC and suppliers to address issues as they arose during the job so that all were resolved to our satisfaction. Throughout it all, he was just a nice guy to work with during a process that can be very stressful."

"Alvaro was great to work with. I had small backyard space with an idea of what I would like. Alvaro came up with great design and executed the idea flawlessly . The entire team was great to work with and I would highly recommend."
