"Where do I begin? Mario and his crew were punctual and efficient, executed all of the work agreed upon, allowed us to add work while he was here, cleaned up after themselves everyday, virtually took no breaks and our work was over multiple days in the heat later summer and early summer with tons of rain. They even blew off my patio with the leaf blower without me asking. He and his crew smile and always seem to go the extra mile. I would hire him again (and will later this fall) in a heartbeat. Oh yeah....he beat other landscapers prices significantly. I have had 4 landscapers over the years and every one of them would show up late and sometimes not at all, try to cut corners, and would get irritated or flat out refuse if we asked them a question or discussed if we could adjust something at added cost to ourselves. Mario is nothing like that and he is willing to work with his clientele to give them what they want. In a time when it’s difficult to find people who want to do a job and do it well, Mario and his crew made the entire process easy and a pleasure. The results were fantastic."

You can choose your colors: top and bottom. You do the measuring - they have instructions on how to do that - and it is very simple. Their order department was very accommodating when I called. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"The house which we recently bought was overgrown and lacking color in its landscaping. Bushes and shrubs were overwhelming and the beds were overgrown with weeds. After initial contact with Steve Hall, the owner, I was put in contact with Tim Matthews, the landscape manager. Tim came out and walked through the entire yard with me, making suggestions that were in line with adding color and eliminating the overgrown shrubs. He returned less than a week later with a detailed written proposal. We were pleased with the quote for the amount of work involved, and decided to add on the cleanup and mulching of the beds in our backyard. Tim and his assistant began the work about one week later and returned for several days in a row until the work was completed. Very polite, very friendly guys who worked HARD. We were very pleased and the yard looks great. They cleaned up everything and even took bags of grass clippings we had put aside. Great customer service, strong work ethics."
