"Although we had several weather delays and some unforeseen circumstances to arise Bill and his crew worked tirelessly to complete our pool by our initial date... Only 1 week past! :-) He or Chris were in constant contact with us and made sure to keep us in loop. (Even sent us photos of the progress while we were on vacation!) Bill has always been available to answer any questions... Even after the project and payment were complete he was more than happy to come over and help out with the Polaris. I would not hesitate to recommend Bill to any of my friends or family and would feel more than confidant that they would be equally as pleased with his customer service, professionalism and services as we were!"

"I got a deal from Berger about their table pad and just in time for my new dining room set. I didn't have time to set the template due to a new baby in the house. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me. Overall, they're good designs. However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning. I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question. I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done. If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
