"We are SO THRILLED with the results and with the entire process!  JD and his company are absolutely terrific.  It was such a pleasant process from design suggestions, drawing up plans, watching the execution, and now enjoying the completed work.  JD is a terrific designer, wonderful communicator, and we really couldn't be happier with everything.  We are planning to do another project with him in the next year, and we are looking forward to that process and end product too!"

"From the very beginning I was thoroughly pleased with everyone I worked with, Salesman, window removal and re-installation of new windows by craftsman and everyone involved! If I had a question concerning the contract or installation questions, all were answered in a timely manner to me by my Salesman, Steve Churma. He was well versed in the product as well as all of the procedures necessary for this project and that was truly appreciated. I would recommend this company to anyone that might require new windows at any time."

"Great design service, Tara is communicative, professional, and has a great eye with a lot of experience - knows where to save and where to invest, took time to understand our needs and lifestyle. She also understood our style well and was a great resource!"

"I hired these gentlemen to replace damaged drywall, trim and paint from a backup we experienced last September. They worked around our schedule and made the process very easy. The craftsmanship is top notch. They took suggestions and recommendations gracefully. They constantly asked questions about what I needed and made sure I was happy with their work as it progressed. They are of the highest quality and caliber."

"i highly recommend J & P Brothers Landscaping. Juan helped me to design the landscaping, and he was prompt in getting the estimate to me. Juan and his crew were very professional and did an amazing job transforming my front yard! I will definitely be hiring them again for my backyard."

"Fantastic customer service and creativity in design"

"They are my regular guys. I got them off of Angie's list. It's an ongoing contract, bi weekly in the summer. They do it when I'm not home. They aren't great at returning phone calls. I use them. Don't expect a lot of phone calls from them. I mean its gardening. So basically, everything looks neat and clean. They don't trample on things. I guess attention to detail. They can return phone calls. the thing is, they also provide a snow service. And I asked them about it and I had questions but hey never got back to me to answer my questions. Once you set them up, they do a wonderful job."

"After a year of working with us, Marc designed the perfect home for our family. He spent significant time on site to get to know the space and spoke to us frequently to ensure his design met our hopes and dreams. His final design is visually stunning and maximizes space use in a way that reflects both the history of the home and modern preferences. His expertise in Chicago building code and city offices was instrumental in our project being approved quickly. He reviewed bids with us to ensure we selected a GC who could do the job and had competitive pricing. He regularly met and emailed with the GC and suppliers to address issues as they arose during the job so that all were resolved to our satisfaction. Throughout it all, he was just a nice guy to work with during a process that can be very stressful."

"We recently used Angelo at AP Builders to finish our basement.  We must say that we were beyond impressed with his ideas, craftsmanship, professionalism and overall project management.  We sought out a few different bids for our basement but were most impressed with his blueprints.  Rose, who also works at AP Builders, was extremely prompt with all communication regarding the proposal and follow up.  Angelo manages his projects like a well oiled machine.  The project moved along smooth as silk and continually ahead of schedule.  Every day there was so much completed and Angelo was present each and every day to make sure every detail was perfect.  We had some minor changes in the blueprints that we wanted done at the beginning and those were done immediately and without any push back to work that was already completed.  His communication each day about progress and our thoughts, suggestions and ideas were listened to with a keen ear.  The house was always kept clean both upstairs where the traffic would come in each day and downstairs in the work area.  Each day it was cleaned up.  Their pricing was very reasonable - and their work was very thorough.  Rose was very quick with all correspondence via email and telephone.  Everything was very well documented and accurate for back end paperwork.  We are in love with our new space that Angelo has created for us and imagine spending many, many years to come enjoying our new living space.  We would recommend Angelo, Rose and AP Builders to anyone looking to have the most interactive, professional, detail-oriented, high quality job done.  We can't say enough about how happy we are to have chosen AP Builders for our project!
