"I got a deal from Berger about their table pad and just in time for my new dining room set. I didn't have time to set the template due to a new baby in the house. A few months later, they still honored my deal! WOW! I sent it in and they made the pad pretty quick. Shipping was fine and the fit was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone! "Bruce Mantz and his crew can come to my house any time! Punctual. Professional. Meticulous. He didn't start the job when he said they would - he started it a day early which was fantastic!!! If you've ever had a contractor at your house before, you probably know that doesn't happen. At the end of each day they cleaned up the job site and didn't leave us with a mess. We told Bruce that he's the professional and has free reign as far as design went and to what he felt needed to be done...it is not a mistake to tell him that and then just let him do what he does. Now when we have company over there is a "WOW" factor when we show them our backyard - it went from being an eyesore to a work of art. We absolutely love it! He gave a lot of thought to what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. There were a couple of days that they weren't able to work because of heavy rains; because he knew that was a major problem for us, he drove 30 minutes north just to see how the water was flowing through our backyard for himself. When the rain cleared and they started work again, sure enough, he modified what he was doing based on what he saw. To date, we have ZERO problems with heavy rain water in our backyard anymore. Anyhow, in an effort to keep this short, if you want to hire a contractor that loves what he's doing and not just trying to make a buck, you can't go wrong with Mantz's Lawn & Landscaping, LLC."
