"Roman is extremely talented and conscientious. He is very thoughtful and the quality of work is exceptional. He does not take any shortcuts and neither does he suggest one. He is a bit slow and might not be suitable for someone who is in a rush. We paid a flat rate and might have been a bit pricey, but we believe we got great value for our money."

"Had to replace the deck we were stuck with when we bought this house. Jeremy helped us with ideas on it's replacement. Great looking deck! Workers are very polite and considerate. Love our new deck!"

"After buying a condo that was quite outdated, I became overwhelmed with design ideas and lost as to what needed to be upgraded. I also had challenges with the layout of the living room and guest room. After reaching out to a few interior designers, I decided to work with JW Creative as Jake, the designer in charge of my project, was very professional and understood what I envisioned for my home. The results were better than I had imagined, especially for the living room and guest rooms. Jake was able to make elements of my home work with the design that I had previously thought had to be replaced, which saved me thousands in unnecessary improvement. I was extremely satisfied with the quality and price of the items. I would not have been able to find such items at that price on my own. Their work definitely deserves five stars!"

"Both men did great job repairing my ceiling and painting"

"I like them a lot. The owner of the company is a nice guy and he is reliable. They are pretty reasonable priced."

"After a year of working with us, Marc designed the perfect home for our family. He spent significant time on site to get to know the space and spoke to us frequently to ensure his design met our hopes and dreams. His final design is visually stunning and maximizes space use in a way that reflects both the history of the home and modern preferences. His expertise in Chicago building code and city offices was instrumental in our project being approved quickly. He reviewed bids with us to ensure we selected a GC who could do the job and had competitive pricing. He regularly met and emailed with the GC and suppliers to address issues as they arose during the job so that all were resolved to our satisfaction. Throughout it all, he was just a nice guy to work with during a process that can be very stressful."

"Angelo Pecoraro, the owner of A.P. Builder, was a pleasure to work with from start to finish on our major remodeling project of adding a sunroom to our home. Out of many contractors I called to get an estimate, he was the only one willing to provide options to have the project fit our budget. Once we agreed to move forward, he worked diligently with the architect and village to get the permits finalized (which is a difficult task in my town). Once the work started, he provided almost daily updates of the work that will be completed and any anticipated inspections (which we passed easily). He also reached out himself to finalize details from big items like windows to small ones like the molding. The result was a beautiful sunroom and deck which I receive compliments on regularly. Do yourself a favor and for your next major home remodel/renovation work with Angelo and A.P. Builder!"

"Great work! Definitely recommend these guys. Charly is super kind and knowledgeable!!"

"Lori has been a godsend. I’d been putting off a much-needed redesign of my large apartment living room / office space for years. I’d bought a couple of good quality, neutral items (eg, a white sectional sofa), but most of the rest of the room was a hodgepodge of found items with blank walls. I’d seen things I liked but never purchased them because I wasn’t sure about what I really wanted, and I feared I might be buying the wrong thing. Lori came in and showed me an overall vision for giving more elegance and purpose to the space, with new furniture pieces, accessories, and a gorgeous, cohesive color scheme. Now it’s neutral-beautiful and everyone who visits comments on the stunning transformation!"

"Tom's guys do a great job. I have had nothing but the best from them. Last year, for a little bit more money--they planted all of my flower boxes and maintained them. I've been very happy with their services."
