"Marvin from Perez landscaping did an amazing job. He is extremely personable, communicative, professional, knowledgeable, and hardworking. He brings all the materials, completes the job prior to this. He visits your site, make sure you understand what he’s going to do and why, and allows you to select the best product for your needs. I would give them 10 stars and 100% grade. I believe he is honest and fair in his pricing, and we went with him for his personality, effort to come in person to look at the job, and giving the most affordable price with the best options and not trying to oversell other tasks to get the most money for the job. For that, I respect him as a fair human being and a competent, highly skilled craftsman."

"I am in the process of selling our home and the buyer's contractor sited significant issues with our foundation and quoted an exorbitant amount to fix. This is extremely disturbing as I did not suspect any issues prior. I scoured Angie's list and found AFM. Looking through their website and their certifications, I decided to reach out. I submitted a request late Friday evening and received a call early Saturday morning from Tony. I was very pleased by his expeditious response. We scheduled time for him to come visit on Sunday and he meticulously accessed the issued with our foundation. This turned out to be a minor issue that would require a small effort to fix. AFM also was able to turnover the inspection report within a day. I could not have asked for a better experience with AFM and Tony. If you are looking for piece of mind, AFM will not disappoint."

"We reached out to Craig for a custom bookshelf. We wanted a piece that fit our apartment, with large bays for our pottery, plants, and books. Craig came to measure and helped us turn that vision into a design. Brainstorming with him was a pleasure: he brought interesting ideas, helped us judge what would fit, and understood how we wanted to use the piece. Craig was kind and professional, and his clear communication and quick replies made working together easy. He arranged delivery with us and arrived on time with his team. They took great care bringing the bookshelf into our apartment and installed it flawlessly despite the tight space. It is such a pleasure to see something we imagined become part of our home. The finished bookshelf is better than we pictured, and Craig's craftsmanship shows in every detail. We love it and are so grateful to him.
