"I first have to say that I truly appreciate this company's willingness to work with me. I had an appointment scheduled for January but had to reschedule due to a family emergency. Then I had to reschedule again due to a conflicting appointment. They were so nice and easy to work with.
That being said, we finally got together today and I couldn't be more pleased. I have lived in my house for 7 years and have not used my fireplace. Every year I say, "This is the year!" and this year it was finally the year.
Tim Anderson, the owner himself, came out and he was respectful (laid down tarps, asked before moving futniture) and thorough.
He cleaned the chimney and carefully vacuumed everything up. He did a careful inspection and assured me that everything was in excellent shape.
He even greased the chains on the metal screen to make sure that they glide easily!
I can't say enough about how thrilled I am to finally use my fireplace!

"They were able to schedule me in between projects to get the interior of my newly purchased home painted. Walls, trim, and cabinets. Not only did they completely knock it out of the park, they also threw in a few things free as well. Such as caulking the trim to provide a better finish. Highly recommend and would use them again and again!"
