"Dave was a game changer for us. I had previously hired a different architect, who would miss deadlines and take multiple days to deliver the updates to the design. Now working with O'Brien Custom Home Designs it has been a 180-degree change. Dave delivers or beats his target delivery dates, provided a very sound plan for the home (he improved the previous architect's work) -- both exterior and interior look great for our lake home. I plant to hare O'Brien Custom Home Designs for my next project. I highly recommend."

"Working with SWA Interiors was one of the best decisions we made for our home. They took our outdated kitchen and turned it into a space we absolutely love. They listened to what we wanted, brought ideas we never would have thought of, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. The end result is beautiful, functional, and truly feels like us. Their team is professional, talented, and genuinely cares about their clients. We couldn’t be happier!"

"Quote one day and completed the job the next day. Gerardo went above and beyond calling every nursery and then traveling miles to find the exact plant I wanted. Fast and efficient, great price and beautiful work. Will definitely hire again!"

"Ben Fritchen and his landscape crew are amazing to say the least! We were on a very tight time-frame for complete landscape design and implementation. Ben delivered with stone borders, fountain benches, accent lighting, and decorative flower beds; let's don't forget the stone pots by the front door! His suggestions were enlightening and his contacts for getting things done are above par! I highly recommend Fritchen's Creative Creations for any and all of your landscaping. Can't wait for the fire-pit off the master bedroom next!"

"I had a great experience with PB General Contractors. I requested a quote from James Wikowski (owner) and he was very transparent and professional with the overall process by providing a schematic diagram and breakdown of everything that was to be completed for our guest and master bathroom remodel. This was very important to me so that all parties were on the same page and communication was clear and straightforward. Meaning, that the more we talked about the project in a descriptive way, it was less likely "for the wrong wall to be torn down... James was very flexible in moving our schedule around 2 times? due to me having other concurrent projects throughout the home that were running behind schedule. I made myself available to Rene (technician) to answer any questions and troubleshoot any issues that were not anticipated, eg positioning of free standing tub, me buying the wrong size toiled and having it returned/replaced on the same day with Rene's help... Rene did a great job at installing the fixtures, and vanity, counter, and faucit I had purchased online. But I guess the most important part of the experience was when I contacted James about an electric circuit that stopped working and he had Dan (his project manager) back in the home as soon as possible to address and fix the issue (triggered GFCI switch). Overall, I am happy with my experience and would recommend PB General Contractors for bathroom remodel"

"Seth was very informed, professional, prompt and I enjoyed working with him."

"Owner really cares about his clients and will make sure that you are completely happy. A pleasure to work with and I highly recommend! Just a great experience."

"We needed serious help figuring out how to decorate our house and make it feel like a home. We found Melissa and explained that we were on a budget. She did not allow that to hinder her. She came in and transformed our entire home, all the while staying in our budget. Now, not only does our house now feel like a home, but it is beautiful and feels like something out of Pinterest. Melissa is amazing, personable, and so awesome to work with!"

"Crew shows up a little late but did call to let me know they were running late. That's OK, these things do happen. Crew set to work around 2:00pm trimming large tree in the front and a couple of limbs on another that were brushing the roof. They also trimmed back some smaller trees that were on the roof that I had not noticed. They then moved into the back and removed the limb from a neighbors tree and did extensive trimming on another Live Oak that was hitting the roof. For that one they had to climb on the roof of a two story section of the house. The crew of 4 worked efficiently; two doing the trimming, one moving the brush to the curb and one operating the chipper. They all wore safety helmets with eye protection and the two climbing the tree had plenty of safety ropes. They used ropes to lower the larger limbs to the ground. When work was done they removed all debris and blew the yard and sidewalk. Very good cleanup. They left around 5:00pm. English was not their first language, but the crew leader knew enough to communicate with me, with the help of hand signs! My only concern was the price. They stuck to their estimate, but I did feel that they were somewhat overpriced. However, their quality was excellent."

"They did an excellent job on my landscaping project. Excellent communication and work ethic. Yard looks beautiful."
