Throughout the design process, Susan listened closely to my suggestions, answered all my questions, and offered excellent options ranging from budget-friendly to high-end. She is incredibly budget-conscious and prioritizes functionality first. I especially loved that she incorporated my existing belongings rather than forcing me to buy all new items. To top it off, she even followed up with me a few weeks after the job was completed because she spotted an item that was a perfect match for what I was looking for. They act as a general contractor and you can be as little or as much as involved as you want. For things we had strong opinions on we met with the subs also. We've been in the space 6+ months and haven't had any problems. Our basement has been dry (they installed a perimeter drain)."
