Jessica responds to all questions and phone calls almost immediately and I absolutely love her choices. My husband was not excited about updating our bathrooms until he saw Jessica’s mood-boards and now even he can’t wait to get started on the project. My only concern is that once the bathrooms are complete we will want to do more updating! Thank you Jessica and Dani! Would definitely recommend. "These guys were young, able-bodied and knew what they were doing. The did exactly what I had requested of them and cleaned up and hauled away the trees, saplings, branches, and thorny vines. They did a thorough and neat job. I have recommended them to several people. I will call them again if I need help with trees, bushes, landscaping, etc. The guys were all respectful, nice, and polite to an old woman. You cannot go wrong if you hire Duncan Design and Landscaping."

"It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."

"I can't say enough good things about Live Electric. Anthony spent a lot of time with me in the planning stages (that he was not paid for) which was really important. He gave good advice on the number and placement of recessed lights and switches-- I was having a hard time visualizing the lighting in the finished space. He gave advice not based on his profit, but what he thought I really needed or didn't need. He did the same with the bathroom lighting and stereo surround wiring and placement. In fact, if not for his advice, I would have spent more money overall for unnecessary lighting, wiring and speakers. He was very patient during this process and came over several times prior to doing the work. I am completely satisfied with all the lighting, electrical, tv and stereo and have no regrets as a result. Live electric also used the best quality equipment and lighting during construction. I double checked their recommendations and materials used and found that they were of superior quality and highly recommended by other professionals.
He and his employees were always prompt, cleaned up well after their work and were extremely professional. I will absolutely use Live electric again and recommend to my friends."

"I felt they did a fairly good job, just missed some details and seemed to rush through the cleaning. Two people came to clean and they did not stay for 3 hours... they were probably here for 2 hours total, so I feel like more time could have been spent to avoid missing some of the details. Examples of what was missed: - lamps were not dusted - wine bottles and wine shelves in a piece of furniture were missed (i did ask her to do them and she did) - a tile shelf in the bathroom was not cleaned and still had grime on it - missed dusting nightstands and dusting under the bed. They are VERY responsive! I sincerely appreciated the ability to communicate through email and she emailed back right away."
