He listened to all of our wants and wishes, even moving my laundry room upstairs. We are a busy family, and John, Tim and Bo made our lives so much easier during this process. We were working from home (coronavirus pandemic) while this renovation was being done, and we were able to watch the transformation each day. We were in awe at how they were able to problem solve any barriers that came up, involved us in each step of the process and how clean they left our home each day after they were done working. With our children and 3 dogs, this made our lives much better! They're honest, hardworking and dependable. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me. Overall, they're good designs. However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning. I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question. I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done. If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
