He was very patient as my wife and I visited his store 5 times over 3 months in order to finalize the design (wood species, stain, counter-tops, etc.). The lead time of the cabinets was consistent with what was committed to. He personally delivered the cabinets and inspected each unit before leaving our house. Even though we installed the cabinets ourselves Dan remained accessible for questions during the installation process. Also, the company he referred us to for counter-tops was A+ as well. The only thing we would do differently is have Dan install the cabinets rather than handle it as a DIY project.
