"Have you ever met someone providing a service to you and felt like you were meant to work together? That is how Joe at D'Aversa Interiors, LLC made us feel. From the first day we met to discuss our project, which was a complete redesign of our converted city loft, we begin to exchange ideas and align on our vision for the project. He listened and offered up ideas we had not considered to expand the vision and make it so much better than we could have imagined. We were surprised at how much of our current furnishings he was able to incorporate into the new design. He shared our passion for re-using and repurposing pieces while integrating some additional vintage pieces to really pull the whole concept together. "First time they came they did a great job! I was quite impressed and pleased with the quality of the work and the attention to detail. The second time I had them come they didn't even clean the one bathroom, they barely cleaned surfaces and I had to go behind them after they left and re-clean! I tipped well both time so that wasn't the issue. He kept calling to come back so I blocked his phone number."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

She has a breath of knowledge that allows her to accommodate my tastes, but also ensure that the overall design is in sync with the design and location of my home.  She has  a very diplomatic way of suggesting when I'm going astray with my choices and in every case where she has told me "Trust Me"  I have been delighted ! She is very aggressive in helping me find the best pricing and often times will work with the vendors directly  hence saving me the time.  She also has excellent local contacts.  Everyone I've worked with through Vicki has been timely, professional, and highly competent.
