"I hired Oberoi Construction to waterproof my house foundation. For years I had a problem with my basement . Every time it rains water goes inside. Over the years I hired many people to fix the problem, paid so much money but the problem of flooding never been solved until I hired Oberoi Construction. Dev the owner came and checked all around the house, inside and outside. He told me that the problem must be on the outside, he said that There must be cracks in the foundation. They dug 5 ft deep at least on the outside foundation, found all the cracks. Some were big gaps so he had to rebuilt the walls , repair the rest of the cracks and waterproof all the walls. Not only that, to make sure no water ever goes inside the house they poured concrete at the bottom of the foundation. They also fixed the gutters and rerouted the water away from the house. They did a great job on the top concrete and walkways. After they finished they cleaned everything and power washed the whole area. I found Dev to be a very honest and hardworking person. What a great job they did. We had the tropical storms lately, not one drop of water went inside my house. All my neighbors had flooding but not my house. I will hire them again for any thing I might need in the future.I recommend them 100%"
