He refinished quite a large deck & railings with Deckover, as well as fixing some of the lattice below the deck that the dog's had chewed through and bolted a gazebo to the deck. Secured gutters back on to the house, as they had come loose after some years, as well as some other random things that needed attention...installed a outlet in the back room, fixed an umbrella pole, replaced/installed motion sensor lights on the side of my house, removed an old satellite dish mount from the roof and resealed that area in the roof. All this at a reasonable price (as quoted) and he is super polite, clean, well spoken, trustworthy & on time. I highly recommend."
